Shipping Policy

At Comfort Diva, most of our gifts and home decor items are made to order. Delivery times vary based on our manufacturing partners. Some items will ship within 1-2 days of your order, and others may ship 5-7 days after you place your order.

Most products are shipped USPS, although some items may ship via DHL. Delivery time is typically 3-5 days from the time the order is shipped. If you ever have a question concerning the manufacturing and shipping time, chat with us on the website or email lisa@comfortdiva.com.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or edited. If your order has already been processed, you'll be covered under our Return Policy. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time. However, if you shop us on Etsy, some items will ship to Canada, the UK, and some European countries.
